Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with at least two years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers to ensure their homes stay comfortable year-round.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
• Install new HVAC systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a way they understand.
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on HVAC experience
• EPA certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to customer service and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
